Citlalli Brands began its journey in 2004 as Alfa Design Services, focusing on graphic design. Over the years, the business evolved into Alfa Promotions, offering branding and promotional products. After a transformative rebranding journey and challenges such as a name dispute with Entrepreneur Magazine, the company adopted the name Citlalli Brands in 2022. Inspired by the Nahuatl word for "star," Citlalli Brands symbolizes empowerment, growth, and shining together with our clients and community.

With over 20+ years of experience in branding and marketing, she has spent her career helping businesses not just create logos but tell their stories, build their reputations, and truly connect with their audience. A Journey Fueled by Passion & Determination

Born and raised in Mexico, Citlalli’s journey to becoming a branding powerhouse wasn’t exactly a straight line—it was more like one of those scenic routes with twists, turns, and a couple of unexpected detours. She graduated with honors in Business Administration from a prestigious private university (because, of course, she did—she's an overachiever like that!). But instead of settling into a predictable corporate career, she packed her ambitions and moved to the United States, where she quickly noticed a major gap: businesses needed branding that actually resonated with bilingual and multicultural audiences.

In 2004, she took the leap and launched Alfa Design Services—a humble graphic design studio with big dreams. Over time, she expanded into branding and promotional products under Alfa Promotions. But then came a plot twist worthy of a Netflix drama—a trademark dispute with Entrepreneur Magazine. (Yes, that Entrepreneur Magazine.) Many would have crumbled, but Citlalli? She saw it as an opportunity for reinvention. In 2022, she rebranded as Citlalli Brands, inspired by the Nahuatl word for "star." Because, let’s be honest, she wasn’t just running a company—she was helping businesses shine.
