1. Who we are

Citlalli Brands is a bilingual brand strategy and execution agency at 490 Chadbourne Rd, Suite A100, Fairfield, CA 94534. In this policy, “Citlalli Brands,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Citlalli Brands, and “you” means anyone who visits this website or contacts us.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this website, we collect what you enter: your name, your organization or business name, your phone number, your email address, what you need and the details you share about your project. Our forms also record the language of the page and, except for the newsletter form, the service or page they were sent from. The newsletter form collects your first name and email address.

Self-Audit results you choose to send. The Brand Integrity Self-Audit runs in your browser. Your answers stay in your browser's session storage and are not sent to us unless you submit the results form. That form sends your contact details, your type of organization, how long it has been operating, the customers you serve, your priority, your scores, your top gaps and your recommended next steps.

Bookings and payments. When you book or pay for a service, such as the Clarity Strategy Session, we receive your booking details, and our payment provider processes your payment information.

Calls, texts and messages. When you call, text or message us, we receive your phone number or account name and what you tell us.

Text message consent. If you check a text message box on one of our forms, we keep a record of your consent and when you gave it.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and the platform that hosts it receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your requests and messages.
  • To plan, quote and deliver the services you ask for.
  • To schedule appointments and process payments.
  • To send you service messages about your request, your appointments or your project.
  • To send our newsletter and marketing messages, only if you subscribed or gave your consent.
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it.
  • To protect our website and comply with the law.

4. Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who opt in by checking one of the two optional boxes on our forms, or as a reply when someone texts us first. Service messages are replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders and updates about your request or project. Marketing messages share news, offers and invitations, and we send them only if you checked the marketing box. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Learn more on our SMS Opt-In page.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information

We don't sell your personal information.

We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for the services they provide. They include the platform that hosts our website and our customer relationship management (CRM) system, our email and text message providers, our scheduling and payment providers, and the production partners who make the pieces you order.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies it needs to work, such as remembering your privacy choices and accessibility options and keeping your progress in the Self-Audit during a visit.

We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors find and use our site. These tools may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Our contact page can show a map from Google Maps. The map loads only if you choose to show it or allow Maps in Privacy choices. When it loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the optional tools in Privacy choices stay off unless you turn them on.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as serving you as a client and keeping business records, unless the law requires a different period.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. Still, no website, platform or transmission over the internet is completely secure.
