Missed call text back is simple: when someone calls your business number and you don't answer, the system sends them a text in your business's name within moments. The customer doesn't feel ignored, and you get a written record of who called.
A short message works best. For example: “Hi, this is ABC Plumbing. Sorry we missed your call. How can we help?” In Spanish, the same idea might read: “Hola, te escribe ABC Plumbing.
