These terms apply to the Citlalli Brands website at citlallibrands.com, in English and in Spanish. Work on a project is governed by the quote, agreement or invoice for that project, which takes priority over these terms where they differ. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how it works, sending spam through its forms or copying its content in bulk.

The content on this site is general information about branding and our services. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it may contain errors or change without notice.
4. Prices and services
Prices on this site are package prices or starting points. The scope and price of any project are confirmed with you before work begins. The Clarity Strategy Session is paid when you book it. Hispanic Market Strategy and merchandise, apparel and signage projects are quoted per project.
5. The Brand Integrity Self-Audit
The Self-Audit gives a quick snapshot based on your own answers. Its score, gaps and recommendations are general guidance, not a professional assessment of your brand.
6. Reviews and client logos
Testimonials on this site are excerpts of real Google reviews, quoted word for word. Client names and logos belong to their owners, and logos are shown with permission.
7. Intellectual property
The text, design and graphics on this site, and the Citlalli Brands name and logo, belong to Citlalli Brands or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except to share a link to a page.
8. Communications
When you send a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request. You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them.
Text messages. Citlalli Brands SMS sends service messages, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders and updates about your request or project. If you checked the marketing box, it also sends news, offers and invitations. We send text messages only to people who opt in by checking a box on our forms, or as a reply when someone texts us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and we'll send one message to confirm. To opt in again, check a box on one of our forms.
