Brand strategy session with a written roadmap

Clarity Strategy Session.

Answer the big questions first, so every decision that follows has a direction.

Led by Citlalli Flores Zepeda, the session is built for moments when a project can't be properly defined until the bigger strategic questions are answered. After the session, you receive a written roadmap you can act on, in English or in Spanish.

01

Why strategy comes before design

Most organizations don't come to us short on ideas. They come with a website to redo, a new market to reach, a logo that no longer fits and a budget that can't cover everything at once. Without clear priorities, each of those decisions gets made on its own, and the brand pulls in different directions.

A Clarity Strategy Session brings those decisions together. In 90 focused minutes we look at where your organization is today, where it is going and what it is trying to accomplish, then turn the answers into a written roadmap. From there you can move into Essential Corporate Identity, Hispanic Market Strategy or any other project knowing it fits the bigger picture.

Signs you need clarity first

Everything feels urgent

The website, the logo, social media and a new market all seem to need attention at the same time.

Your team describes you differently

Ask three people what makes your organization different and you get three different answers.

A big investment is coming

A rebrand, a new location, a new service or a new audience is ahead, and you want to get it right the first time.

You want to reach a new market

You know Spanish-speaking customers or families matter, but you're not sure who to reach first or how.

Your marketing isn't adding up

You spend on ads, flyers and social media, but you can't tell which efforts build your brand and which are just noise.

Leadership is changing

A new director, a new generation or a new partner is stepping in, and the brand needs to reflect where you're headed.

What your roadmap answers

The session follows the four ideas that guide all of our work. Each one becomes part of your roadmap.

Strategic clarityWhere your organization is today, where it is going and what it is trying to accomplish in the next stage.
Meaningful differentiationWhat makes you valuable and why the right customers, families, members or donors should choose you.
Consistent executionWhere people see, hear and experience your brand, and which of those places need attention first.
Brand integrityWhere what you promise and what people actually experience are not yet aligned.

The session can also make room for a bigger question: what your organization is really in business to do, who it serves best and where new opportunities may be. This part of the conversation draws on Citlalli's graduate studies in organizational leadership.

Questions about the session

Questions and answers
What is a brand strategy session?
It is a facilitated working session that answers the strategic questions behind your brand: where your organization is going, what makes it valuable, who it serves best and what should come next. Ours includes a pre-session review, 90 minutes together, a post-session analysis and a written roadmap.
Who should attend the session?
The people who make the final decisions about your organization's direction. For a small business that is often the owner; for a nonprofit or school it may be the director and one or two leaders.
Can the session be in Spanish?
Yes. The session and the written roadmap can be in English, in Spanish or in a mix of both. Choose the language you think best in.
What happens after the session?
We analyze what was discussed and prepare your written strategic roadmap. You can carry it out with your own team or with us, for example through Essential Corporate Identity or the Citlalli Growth System.
Is the session only for new businesses?
No. It is just as useful for established organizations facing a rebrand, a new service, a new location, a change in leadership or a new audience.
How do I prepare for the session?
Bring the decisions you are facing, your current materials (logo, website, brochures, social media) and an honest view of what is and isn't working. For a head start, take the free Brand Integrity Self-Audit before we meet.
How much does a brand strategy session cost?
Our Clarity Strategy Session is $797. That includes the pre-session review, the 90-minute session, the post-session analysis and the written strategic roadmap, with payment completed when you book.
