1. Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
2. What we've done
- Text and buttons have strong color contrast.
- Pages are built to be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link, and closed menus can't be reached by mistake.
- Pages use headings and landmarks, so screen readers can move through them.
- Images have text alternatives.
- Form fields have labels that assistive technologies can read.
- You can pause all moving content at any time with “Pause animations” in Accessibility options. It also stops on its own when your device is set to reduce motion.
- You can underline the links in our text from Accessibility options.
- The site is available in English and in Spanish.
- Spanish words on our English pages, and English words on our Spanish pages, are marked with their language, so screen readers pronounce them correctly.
3. Known limitations
Some content comes from other services, such as the Google Maps map on our contact page, which loads only if you choose to show it, and some links open other sites, such as social media. We can't control how accessible they are. The Brand Integrity Self-Audit needs JavaScript; if it doesn't work for you, start a project and tell us about your brand instead.
4. How we check
We check this website with automated accessibility tests and manual reviews, and we check it again when we add or change pages. Latest review: October 2026.
5. Tell us about a barrier
If you find a barrier on this website, please tell us. Call (707) 741-6386 in English or (707) 402-9484 in Spanish, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, or send a message through our contact form and choose “Report an accessibility barrier.” Include the page and what happened, and we'll help you get the information you need.
