Bilingual community outreach for organizations
Community Outreach.
Programs, campaigns and events that connect with your community, in English and Spanish.
Led by Citlalli Flores Zepeda, we combine strategic planning with coordinated execution, so your message, your materials and your events all work toward the same goal.

Why outreach needs a plan
Community outreach often starts with a deadline: an event date, a grant requirement, a program launch. The flyers get printed, the banner arrives, the shirts are handed out, and afterward no one is sure what actually reached people.
We start with what you're trying to accomplish and who you need to reach, then plan the messages, materials and moments that will get you there. Execution follows the plan: bilingual communications, marketing materials, print, signage, promotional products, apparel and other outreach elements, all carrying one consistent brand. For Spanish-speaking audiences, our Hispanic Market Strategy work shapes every piece.
Good outreach is also consistent outreach. When the flyer, the banner, the volunteer shirts and the social media posts look and sound like the same program, people recognize it faster and trust it more. That consistency is what turns a single event into a program people remember and come back to.
Signs you need outreach support
Your event is coming fast
You have a date, a venue and a budget, but no plan for materials, messages or follow-up.
Your community isn't responding
Turnout, sign-ups or participation are lower than the program deserves.
Spanish speakers aren't being reached
Your materials exist in Spanish, but the families you serve still don't know about you.
Every piece comes from a different place
Flyers, banners, shirts and social posts don't look like they belong to the same program.
Funders want to see the story
Sponsors, boards or grant makers expect professional materials and a clear picture of what the program achieved.
Your volunteers blend into the crowd
At events, no one can tell who is part of your team and who is a visitor.
What a project can include
Our Soccer League has been working with Citlalli brands for many years, longer than I have been with our organization.
How a project works
- 01
Plan
We define goals, audiences, messages, materials, timeline and budget in one plan, so everyone involved knows what success looks like.
- 02
Create
We write and design the communications and materials in English and Spanish, with one consistent look across every piece.
- 03
Produce
We coordinate printing, signage, promotional products and apparel with your brand applied correctly.
- 04
Launch
We manage deadlines and details leading up to launch day.
Build on what worked
Each program leaves messages, materials and lessons your next one can build on.
Rooted in the community
Community work is personal for Citlalli. As President of the Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from 2018 to 2019, she helped strengthen the chamber's branding, bilingual communication materials, sponsorship positioning, event visibility and public image, creating a more cohesive presence for Hispanic businesses and organizations throughout Solano County.
Her own platform, Solano Hispano, launched in 2024, brings information, resources and opportunities together for Spanish speakers in the region. Organizations we have worked with include a local soccer league, Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church, Diaz & Loera Centro Latino, Options for Learning and the Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
We work with nonprofits, schools and education programs, churches, chambers and public programs that want their outreach to reflect the community they serve. Each one has its own voice, audience and calendar, and our job is to make its outreach look and sound like it, in both languages.
Outreach across Solano County and the Bay Area
Our office is in Fairfield, and our outreach work reaches communities across Solano County and the Bay Area. Whether your program serves families in Vallejo, students in Vacaville or members across Contra Costa County, we plan around the people you actually serve. Planning early around local celebrations, school calendars and church events gives every piece time to be done right.
Investment
The final scope depends on the length of the program, the number of materials and how much coordination you need. We define the scope with you before work begins, so you know what is included from the start.
