Why reviews decide who gets hired
Before they let you into their home, many people check your reviews. A contractor with recent, detailed reviews looks active and trustworthy. One with a handful of old reviews looks like a risk, even when the work is excellent.
Reviews also help you get found: according to Google, more reviews and positive ratings can help your local ranking, so every new review supports your local SEO. The Review Generation System makes asking a habit: a card at the end of the job, an automatic text after it and a few friendly follow-ups after that. You stay focused on the work, and the system handles the reminders.
When customers reply to a request with a question or a comment, the conversation lands in your unified inbox, so you can answer right away.
Signs your reviews need a system
You have fewer reviews than competitors
Newer companies in your area have more reviews than you do.
Your last review is months old
Customers checking you today see reviews from long ago.
You forget to ask
The job ends, you move on to the next one and the moment passes.
Customers say yes and never do it
They mean to leave a review, but life gets in the way.
Asking feels awkward
You don't want to sound pushy, so you don't ask at all.
Only problems get written about
Unhappy customers write on their own, while satisfied ones stay quiet.

How it works
- 01

We connect your Google review page to your cards and your automatic requests.
- 02
Print your cards
Your 500 review cards are printed with your brand and your QR code.
- 03
Turn on requests
After each job, add the customer's name and phone number, and the system sends the request and the follow-ups.
- 04
Keep it going
Every new job becomes a new chance to earn a review, and customers who already reviewed you keep hearing from you for a full year.
Real customers, direct link
Requests go only to the customers you add after a job, with the direct link to your Google review page.
Google review cards
Google review cards are business cards with a QR code that opens your Google review page. Your customer points their phone camera at the code, taps the link and can leave a review in a minute or two, without searching for your business.
Your package includes 500 of them, printed with your brand. Hand one over when you finish the job, leave one with the invoice or keep a stack in the truck. The best time to ask is right after the customer sees the finished work.
One rule matters: Google doesn't allow offering discounts, gifts or payment in exchange for reviews. The cards don't need a reward. They simply make it easy for a customer to say yes.
You can also include the same review link at the end of your invoice or in the message you send when a job is complete, so every customer sees it more than once.
Review management for contractors across the Bay Area
From Fairfield to Walnut Creek, homeowners in the Bay Area compare reviews before they choose a contractor. We set up review systems for contractors across Solano County and the region, in English and Spanish, so every customer receives the request in the language they're comfortable with. A review written in Spanish helps the next Spanish-speaking customer trust you, too.
Investment
Your 500 Google review cards are part of the one-time $997 setup, which also covers your first month. The review system comes with the rest of the package, with no minimum contract.
