Nonprofit promotional products case study
Options for Learning.
Promotional items that follow an established brand, for an organization that serves young children and families.
Options for Learning is a nonprofit focused on early childhood education in Southern California. Led by Citlalli Flores Zepeda, we produced branded kites and folding fans for the organization, each carrying its logo and tagline.

A nonprofit focused on children and families
Options for Learning has supported early childhood education since 1981. Based in West Covina, California, it serves more than 65 locations across the San Gabriel Valley, Whittier, the Pomona Valley and Northeast Los Angeles.
Its programs range from infant and toddler care and preschool to before and after school programs, free child care referrals and professional development for early educators. Its mission is to support children's success by partnering with families, educators and communities.
Items families will actually use
For an organization that serves young children and their families, promotional items work best when they're useful and fun, not just printed.
Kites and folding fans fit that idea: playful for children, practical for parents on a warm day, and large enough to carry the logo, the tagline and a way to get in touch.
Following the brand on every piece
Why the details matter
When an organization already has a brand, the job is to protect it. A logo printed in the wrong color or squeezed onto the wrong item weakens the brand a little every time someone sees it.
That's why every project starts with the client's files and guidelines, and why you review a proof before anything is produced. It's the same process we follow for schools and nonprofits through our merchandise, apparel and signage service.
What this project shows
Brand-compliant execution isn't glamorous, but it's where trust is built. Every time families see the same logo, on a kite or on a fan, the organization behind it becomes easier to recognize.
If the items are part of a bigger event or program, our Community Outreach work plans the messages, materials and moments around them.
