College branded materials case study
Pacific Oaks College.
Materials that follow an established college brand and celebrate the students it serves.
Pacific Oaks College is a Hispanic-Serving Institution in Pasadena, California. Citlalli Flores Zepeda collaborated with the college on grant initiatives for Hispanic Heritage Month and produced branded materials for its Student Success Center, all within the college's own brand.

A college that serves a Hispanic majority
Pacific Oaks College is a Hispanic-Serving Institution. According to the college, 53% of its students identified as Hispanic in 2023, and a Title V grant awarded in 2020 helped it develop its Student Success Center.
An institution like this needs communications that do two things at once: follow the college's brand with care, and speak to the students and families it serves.
Hispanic Heritage Month campaigns
Through the college's Hispanic-Serving Institution grant initiatives, Citlalli worked on campaigns and educational materials for Hispanic Heritage Month, combining research, educational design and visual communication.
The materials highlighted Hispanic contributions to the United States in entrepreneurship, civil rights, military service, public leadership, education and economic impact. They were designed to increase cultural visibility, representation and educational awareness.
Work like this connects with our Hispanic Market Strategy service: the message starts with the audience and its story, then takes the form that fits the campus.

What this project shows
An established brand doesn't limit good work. It gives it a clear frame, so every calendar, lotería board and bottle looks like it belongs to the same institution.
We bring that same care to schools and education programs through our merchandise, apparel and signage service and our Community Outreach work.
